In 2007, the Policy on Student Evaluation of Teaching (SEoT) was approved by the Senate. OLT has been working with Faculties and Schools to facilitate the implementation of this policy. Together with Planning and Institutional Research, and under the direction of the Senate Standing Committee on Student Evaluation of Teaching, OLT has been facilitating formal and informal research.
In conjunction with SEoT implementation, OLT also provides an online course evaluation system (CoursEval) to streamline end of term evaluation process.
From time to time, based on identified academic needs, OLT collaborates with Faculties to evaluate and/or pilot software to enhance student learning.
