May is very busy time at OLT and here at UBC. After the flurry of exam period in April comes several days of marking. The summer session also started three weeks ago for both on-campus and distance education classes. At the same time, commencement ceremonies are closing another chapter for many students’ lives.

This month, we brought you stories that highlight the diversity of students who take distance learning and the innovative ways we can use technology in teaching and learning.
